GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOUT MICROBLADING
BOOKING DEPOSIT & POLICY
All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking
Microblading: £50 non-refundable deposit (deducted from your final treatment cost).
Consultation / Patch Test: £20 non-refundable (not deducted from your treatment cost).
REFUND POLICY
Please note no refunds are issued once a treatment has been carried out.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment completely, the deposit will be lost. You may reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit if you provide: At least 3 days’ notice for Microblading & consultation appointments.
You are allowed to reschedule up to two times. After this, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
TOUCH UP / BOOSTER POLICY
First touch-up must be done within 5–8 weeks of your initial microblading treatment. Appointments booked after 8 weeks may incur an additional fee.
Additional touch-up (if needed): £50. This may be required due to factors like aftercare, skin type, or if you wish to enhance the result.
Colour boosters must be booked no later than 12 months after original treatment. After this, it will be charged as a new treatment.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Arriving 15–30 minutes late will result in a late fee of £20–£30.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
CHILDREN & GUESTS
To comply with health and safety regulations
Please attend your appointment alone, unless being accompanied by an adult for medical reasons. Children, babies, and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment area. You must be 18 years or older to receive treatment.
CONSULTATION & PATCH TEST
Patch testing is highly recommended before your treatment to assess any risk of allergic reaction. Having said that a patch test cannot guarantee that you will not have a reaction to the treatment.
MEDICAL DISCLOSURE & CONTRAINDICATIONS
It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or medications prior to booking. The following contraindications may prevent treatment:
History of keloid scarring or hyperpigmentation
Facial redness or active skin conditions (eczema, severe acne, rosacea) near the brow area
Transmittable blood conditions (e.g. HIV, Hepatitis)
Autoimmune disorders
Recent Botox or filler in the brow area
Ongoing chemotherapy
Blood clotting disorders
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Under 18 years of age
